Patagonia Toothfish also know as Chilean Sea Bass is a luxurious fish. It has high fat content gives it a rich, moist, tender mouth feel. It has white flesh with large, tender flakes.
Chilean Sea Bass portions will be vacuum packed in one pound packages.

- Freeze anything not for immediate use upon receipt. Keep frozen until use. To thaw: remove from vacuum packaging and place in a refrigerator overnight. Temperature should be below 38 degrees F/ 3 degrees C. To thaw for immediate use: Run under cold running water for a few minutes.
- Please Note: We will gladly removed the skin off your fish, but it will weigh slightly less. For example if you purchase a 6 ounce portion and your preference is skin off the fish will weight under 6 ounces when we remove the skin.
