 Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill to low-to-medium heat.
  2. Season Salmon with your favourite dry rub
  3. Set plank on preheated grill and close lid
  4. Occasionally check for flare-ups and douse with spray water bottle
  5. Grill 15 - 20 minutes or until salmon flakes 
  6. Carefully remove hot plank from grill
