• Pre—Soaked Cedar Plank
• Cedar Planked Atlantic Salmon
• Small  1.5 lbs serves 3-6
• Medium 2 lbs serves 4-8
• Large  3 lbs serves  6-12
• Freezable 

 Instructions:

1. Preheat grill to low-to-medium heat.
2. Season Salmon with your favourite dry rub
3. Set plank on preheated grill and close lid
4. Occasionally check for flare-ups and douse with spray water bottle
5. Grill 15 - 20 minutes or until salmon flakes 
6. Carefully remove hot plank from grill
